Beginning Boost
At the beginning of the race, when the guy is about to say 'Go', press the L button, to the top left of your controller. This will start you at a speed of 40 - 50 miles per hour (it helps a lot on advanced circuit).

Cheat Menu Access
the red box with a flower on it. Ram through it and it will say 'GROVEY' and at the end of the race it will say cheat menu activated. The cheat menu is in the options menu and all the codes are 'off'. To get them 'on' you must find more flower boxes scattered throughout the levels. There are three in the first level, one in the hay stack by the barn, one behind the stone hedge and one behind the wall near the train track jump.
